目的:研究二氢吡啶类钙通道阻滞剂尼卡地平对大鼠戊四唑(PTZ)化学性点燃(kindling)的拮抗作用。方法:建立大鼠PTZ化学性点燃模型,观察尼卡地平对PTZ点燃发展进程和点燃发作的影响。结果:尼卡地平2mg·kg~(-1)ip明显抑制PTZ点燃的发展进程(P<0.001);2~20mg·kg~(-1)ip显著抑制PTZ点燃发作(P<0.01)。并呈量效关系;尼卡地平20mg·kg~(-1)ip对小鼠PTZ惊厥有保护作用(P<0.01)。结论:尼卡地平对PTZ化学性点燃的发展和发作有拮抗作用。
AIM: To investigate the antagonistic effect of nicardipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker, on the chemical kindling of pentylenetetrazol (PTZ) in rats. Methods: The model of rat PTZ chemical ignition was established to observe the effect of nicardipine on PTZ ignition process and ignition. Results: Nicardipine 2 mg · kg ~ (-1) ip significantly inhibited the development of PTZ ignition (P <0.001); 2 ~ 20 mg · kg -1 ip significantly inhibited PTZ ignition (P <0.01). And dose-effect relationship; Nicardipine 20mg · kg ~ (-1) ip had protective effect on PTZ convulsion (P <0.01). Conclusion: Nicardipine has an antagonistic effect on the development and onset of PTZ chemical ignition.
