在25~28℃的条件下,研究了不同密度的米象和谷蠹感染小麦不同时间后面筋吸水量的变化情况。实验结果为:低密度(4头/kg和6头/kg)的谷蠹和米象感染小麦时,小麦宜存和轻度不宜存的临界时间在第12周,高密度(10头/kg)的谷蠹和米象感染小麦时宜存和轻度不宜存的临界时间分别在第10周和第8周。无虫小麦储存时品质发生轻微劣变,但试验期间小麦品质始终在宜存范围内。染虫小麦面筋吸水量随储藏时间延长和害虫密度增加而降低,同密度的米象对小麦的危害比谷蠹更严重。
