企业中层管理人员作为管理层数量最多的管理人群在企业的经营与发展中发挥着不可替代的作用,他们既是决策任务的传达者和执行者,又是基层人员的直接管理者。一套科学有效的绩效考核机制可以提高中层管理人员的工作效率,帮助其更好地实现管理目标。基于此,本文主要阐述了企业中层管理人员绩效考核现状,简单介绍了绩效考核机制的构建路径,并提出了针对性的注意事项,希望能促使中层管理人员更好地发挥自身积极性,推动企业的长期经营与发展。
As the management group with the largest number of management personnel, middle managers play an irreplaceable role in the operation and development of enterprises. They are both the transmitters and executors of decision-making tasks as well as the direct managers of grassroots personnel. A set of scientific and effective performance appraisal mechanism can improve the efficiency of middle managers and help them achieve their management goals better. Based on this, this paper mainly elaborates the status quo of mid-level managers’ performance appraisal, briefly introduces the construction path of performance appraisal mechanism, and puts forward some pertinent attentions, hoping to encourage middle managers to better play their own initiative and promote the Long-term operation and development.
