目的:评价面动脉-颏下动脉岛状肌皮瓣(FSF)修复颊癌术后颊黏膜缺损的临床效果。方法:13例颊黏膜鳞状细胞癌手术切除后颊黏膜组织缺损,用FSF修复。本组病例中,男8例,女5例;平均年龄58.5岁;T2N0M0期7例,T3N0M0期6例。皮瓣大小为4.0 cm×8.0 cm～5.0 cm×10.0 cm。结果:面动脉-颏下动脉岛状肌皮瓣修复颊黏膜缺损手术成功率92.3%(12/13)。全部病例经12～24个月复查,受区功能正常,供区外形良好,有1例颈部肿瘤复发。结论:FSF适用于修复中型颊黏膜缺损。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of facial artery - submental artery island muscle flap (FSF) in the repair of buccal mucosal defects after buccal cancer surgery. Methods: Thirteen cases of buccal mucosal squamous cell carcinoma were resected with buccal mucosa defects and repaired with FSF. The group of patients, 8 males and 5 females; the average age of 58.5 years; 7 cases of T2N0M0, T3N0M0 6 cases. Flap size is 4.0 cm × 8.0 cm ~ 5.0 cm × 10.0 cm. Results: The success rate of facial artery - submental artery island myocutaneous flap in the repair of buccal mucosal defects was 92.3% (12/13). All cases after 12 to 24 months of review, by the normal function of the district, for the good shape of the area, 1 case of recurrent neck cancer. Conclusion: FSF is suitable for repairing midbrain buccal mucosa defects.
