我国正处于社会转型期,随着改革开放的发展和工业化的逐步推进, 加上农村社会老龄化的到来和家庭日趋“核心化”,传统完全依靠集体养老和家庭养老的模式已经不能适应社会的需要,迫切需要建立农村社会养老保障制度。本文分析了我国农村社会养老保障所面临的困境,并据此提出了相应的对策和建议。 China is in a period of social transition.
