[目的]探讨苯并(a)芘[B(a)P]对焦炉工及动物体内脂质过氧化水平的影响。[方法]对134名焦炉工和36名对照组人员进行问卷调查,并检测其血浆中的总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)水平及全血中的谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)水平;40只雄性SD大鼠分为4组[对照组,B(a)P 1.3 mg/kg组、3.2 mg/kg组、7.8 mg/kg组],分别腹腔注射B(a)P染毒,隔天1次,历时60d后处死,用SOD、MDA、GSH、ROS(活性氧)试剂盒检测血浆中及脑海马回组织的上述指标。[结果]焦炉作业工人血浆中SOD、全血中GSH活性均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);而MDA活性显著性高于对照组(P<0.05)。大鼠血浆中SOD及ROS均值组问差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MDA均值组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,B(a)P7.8mg/kg组SOD均值增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B(a)P 7.8mg/kg组及B(a)P 3.2mg/kg组ROS均值降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。海马回神经细胞SOD、MDA及GSH均值组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比, B(a)P7.8mg/ks组SOD及GSH均值降低,MDA均值增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B(a)P 3.2mg/kg组GSH均值降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]苯并(a)芘可以引起生物膜脂质过氧化改变,对脑海马回组织的损害比对血液的损害严重。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of benzo (a) pyrene [B (a) P] on lipid peroxidation in coke oven workers and animals. [Method] A total of 134 coke oven workers and 36 control subjects were investigated by questionnaire. The levels of total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and glutathione (GSH) 40 male SD rats were divided into 4 groups [control group, B (a) P 1.3 mg / kg group, 3.2 mg / kg group and 7.8 mg / kg group) The mice were sacrificed at the end of the experiment. The mice were sacrificed by intraperitoneal injection of B (a) P once a day for 60 days. The above indexes in plasma and hippocampus were detected by using SOD, MDA, GSH and ROS (reactive oxygen species) kit. [Results] The plasma SOD and GSH activities of coke oven workers were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05), while the activity of MDA was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). There were significant differences in the mean plasma levels of SOD and ROS between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, the average value of SOD in B (a) P7.8mg / kg group increased significantly (P <0.05); B (a) P 7.8mg / kg group and B The mean ROS level in the 3.2 mg / kg group decreased significantly (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the mean of SOD, MDA and GSH in the hippocampal neurons (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the average value of SOD and GSH in B (a) P7.8mg / ks group decreased and the mean value of MDA increased (P <0.05); B (a) P 3.2mg / kg group GSH mean decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Benzo (a) pyrene can cause lipid peroxidation in the biofilm and damage the tissue of the hippocampus more severely than the blood.
