假定钻头具有侧向切削性能和地层正交各向异性,导出了三维情形下的钻头—地层相互作用模式,建立了定向钻井的三维计算机模式。模式中输入钻具组合结构、地层特性、钻井参数和井眼状况等数据后,可模拟计算出三维井眼轨迹。对多口井进行了模拟计算,将其结果和实钻结果做了比较,两者的吻合程度较好,证明了模式的可靠性。
Assuming the lateral cutting performance and the orthotropic anisotropy of the drill bit, the bit-formation interaction model in the three-dimensional case is derived and the three-dimensional computer model of directional drilling is established. After entering data such as the combination of drilling tools, formation properties, drilling parameters and wellbore conditions in the model, the three-dimensional wellbore trajectory can be simulated. A number of wells were simulated and the results were compared with the real drilling results. The agreement between the two was good, which proves the reliability of the model.
