考察了添加剂CaF2及铸模预热温度等因素对自蔓延反应过程及合金性能的影响,分析了铜铬合金的金相组织及其化学成分,采用XRD技术对铜铬合金和熔炼渣进行了表征.结果表明:自蔓延法合成的铜铬合金存在着富铜区、富铬区;合金由Cu,Cr两相组成,未形成新的共溶相;熔炼渣主要由Al2O3相组成;添加CaF2及提高铸模预热温度能够强化金渣分离效果,强制水冷能有效抑制合金的宏观偏析;当添加10%CaF2,铸模预热温度为500℃时,强制水冷条件下制备铜铬合金成分均匀、结构致密.
The effects of CaF2 and preheating temperature of additive on the process of self-propagating reaction and the properties of the alloy were investigated. The microstructure and chemical composition of the copper-chromium alloy were analyzed. The properties of the copper-chromium alloy and the slag were characterized by XRD. The results show that copper-chromium alloy synthesized by SHS has copper-rich and chromium-rich regions. The alloy is composed of Cu and Cr phases and no new co-dissolving phase is formed. The slag is mainly composed of Al2O3 phase. CaF2 is added and increased Preheating temperature of mold can strengthen separation effect of gold dross. Forced water cooling can effectively restrain macro segregation of alloy. When adding 10% CaF2 and preheating temperature of mold is 500 ℃, the composition of composing copper-chromium alloy under forced water cooling is uniform and compact.
