近年来,在耳科学的研究中,鼠作为一种实验性动物正引起人们的兴趣。本研究指在光镜下观察豚鼠鼓膜(TM)和鼠TM结构不同,而鼠TM和人TM结构有相同之处。作者应用光镜和电镜对鼠、豚鼠和人TM的结构进行比较研究。取鼠、豚鼠各6只,麻醉后断头,取人右侧颞骨5个,均经2%戊二醛固定及二甲砷酸盐缓冲剂浸泡后取出鼓膜,再经脱水、包埋后分别用超薄切片,厚70nm,用甲苯胺兰染色,在光镜和电镜下进行比较研究,在放大400倍的光镜下测量鼓膜脐与鼓环之间的中1/3段TM厚度。结果:鼠、豚鼠和人的TM厚度分别为5~10μm、8~16μm,64~95μm。结构
In recent years, rats have been attracting interest as an experimental animal in the study of otology. The present study refers to the observation that guinea pig’s tympanic membrane (TM) and murine (TM) have different structures under light microscopy, while murine TM and human (TM) structures are similar.
