事业单位,是指作为提供社会公益服务为主体的单位,进入市场化的新时期,事业单位正在面对激烈的行业竞争。事业单位如果要拥有竞争优势,则有必要致力于健全现阶段的激励机制。从根本上讲,事业单位针对自身现有的人力资源如果要优化管理,则不能缺少激励机制为其提供支撑。因此,激励机制对于现阶段的事业单位来讲应当是不可或缺的。事业单位应当着手健全激励机制,此项举措有助于优化整体性的人力管理,优化配置现有的人力资源。
