在合肥的民办教育百花苑中,有一朵明艳的奇葩,这就是合肥瑶海、灵童、庆龄、金童、大杨五所幼儿园,而这五所幼儿园的创办者王少泉则更是远近闻名。1993年至2000年的7年间,王少泉接连创办了这五所幼儿园,凭着自己的那份执着和自信,终于把幼儿园办到了今天的规模,共有幼儿500多名,教职员工52人,园长、园长助理各一人,园主任、后勤主任各4人,教师28人,以及医护人员、保育员等14人,为幼儿教师、下岗工人和待业青年提供了就业机会。幼儿园内有多功能活动大厅、戏水池、各类幼儿玩具图书、新型的现代化幼教仪器和设备等完备的设施。成功之花,人们只惊慕她现时的明艳,然而当初她的芽儿却浸透了奋斗的泪泉。
