英买力凝析气田采用分子筛脱水工艺对天然气进行脱水,并首次在国内使用高压、高温湿气对分子筛进行再生,在投产过程中出现了分子筛脱水和再生效果不好、填料漏失、床层垮塌、过滤器堵塞等问题。针对这些问题,对影响分子筛脱水的各个因素进行理论分析,并结合投产时的实际情况提出了修改控制程序、提高再生温度、控制再生气升温速度、减小环境影响、锥形过滤器增加滤网等一系列的措施,最终使分子筛达到理想的脱水效果,为西气东输提供了合格的天然气,为以后相似条件下采用分子筛脱水工艺的操作提供了经验。
