以吉祥草炭疽病菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides为对象,研究了其生物学特性和最佳防治药剂。结果表明:PDA为较适培养基,病原菌生长适温为28℃,致死温度为50℃;在pH为4.0~10.0的范围内均能生长,最适pH为6.0;光照条件以24h/0h(光/暗)为佳。在供试3种药剂中,10%腈菌唑对病原菌抑菌效果最好,在推荐使用浓度0.3mg/L下,相对抑菌率达到91.4%;而45%的石硫合剂抑菌效果最差,在推荐使用浓度6.67mg/L下,其抑菌率仅为8.0%。
In this paper, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides was studied for its biological characteristics and the best preventive and therapeutic agents. The results showed that: PDA was a suitable culture medium, the optimum temperature for pathogen growth was 28 ℃ and the lethal temperature was 50 ℃; the optimum pH was 6.0 when the pH ranged from 4.0 to 10.0; Light / dark) is better.
