针对当前推土机传动液压系统存在功率损失较大,功率利用效率较低等问题,提出一种节能传动液压系统。通过研究系统各功能单元所需压力、流量大小,确定系统所需总功率,同时合理分配系统流量及压力,降低液压系统功率损失,提高发动机燃油利用效率,达到整机节能的目的。
Aiming at the problems of large power loss and low power utilization efficiency of the current bulldozer transmission hydraulic system, an energy-saving transmission hydraulic system is proposed. By studying the pressure and flow rate required by each functional unit of the system, the total power required by the system is determined. At the same time, the system flow and pressure are reasonably distributed, the power loss of the hydraulic system is reduced, the fuel utilization efficiency of the engine is improved, and the energy saving of the whole machine is achieved.
