径向水平井是有效开采老油井、边际油藏、薄油层以及煤层气等油气藏的理想增产技术之一。针对径向水平井钻井工具复杂等问题,本文基于计算机三维图形虚拟技术和三维动画技术,完成了径向水平井地层钻进工具的虚拟设计、装配和干涉检查,并以三维动画形式展示了径向水平井地层钻进原理,为缩短设备研制周期和工具虚拟展示提供了有力保障。
Radial horizontal well is one of the ideal stimulation technologies for effectively exploiting old oil wells, marginal reservoirs, thin reservoirs and coalbed methane reservoirs. In view of the complexity of radial horizontal well drilling tools and other issues, based on the computer three-dimensional graphics virtual technology and three-dimensional animation technology, the paper completed the virtual design, assembly and interference checking of radial horizontal well drilling tools. The principle of drilling into horizontal well strata provides a strong guarantee for shortening the development cycle of equipment and the virtual display of tools.
