在不同直流偏压下,测试了[001]和[111]方向的PMN-32%PT单晶的介电温度谱,研究了其介电响应和相变行为。当施加的偏压在E=1.5~4.0kV/cm范围内,在三方相稳定的温度范围内有一个新的异常介电峰出现;当E>4.0kV/cm时,异常介电峰消失。而对于[111]方向的单晶,在偏压下没有新的异常介电峰出现。对直流偏压下PMN-32%PT单晶的介电异常变化进行了讨论。
Dielectric temperature spectra of [001] and [111] PMN-32% PT single crystals were tested under different DC bias voltages. The dielectric response and phase transition behavior were investigated. When the applied bias voltage is in the range of E = 1.5-4.0kV / cm, a new anomalous dielectric peak appears in the temperature range of stable triophase. When E> 4.0kV / cm, the anomalous dielectric peak disappears. For the single crystal in the [111] direction, no new anomalous dielectric peak appears under bias. The dielectric anomalies of PMN-32% PT single crystal under DC bias were discussed.
