公共关系在中国的盛行开始于80年代,公共关系学在这几十年的发展过程中,已逐步成为一门独立而完整的学科,有其特定的概念、特征和要素。本文在借鉴公共关系现有的理论成果上,提出公共关系新的四大新特征,即公众性、公益性、公开性和公共舆论性,以求通过对这四大特征的描述和分析,在新形势下给予公共关系理论以新的补充。
The prevalence of public relations in China began in the 1980s. During the decades of development, public relations has gradually become an independent and complete discipline with its specific concepts, characteristics and elements. Based on the existing theoretical achievements of public relations, this paper puts forward four new characteristics of public relations, that is publicity, public welfare, openness and public opinion, so as to pass the description and analysis of the four major features Under the New Situation Give New Supplement to Public Relations Theory.
