目的:探讨胎盘多肽对子宫肿瘤切除术后患者血清炎症因子变化和免疫功能的影响。方法:收集我院收治的子宫肿瘤切除术后患者57例,根据就诊先后顺序不同分为对照组和实验组,实验组采用胎盘多肽治疗,对照组采用常规治疗。检测两组患者CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+、NK细胞、CRP及IL-6水平,并比较两组的临床效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者血清CRP及IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且实验组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+、NK细胞均高于治疗前,而CD8~+低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+、NK细胞显著高于对照组,而CD8~+低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组患者的首次排气和排便时间明显较短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胎盘多肽能够明显改善子宫肌瘤切除患者的免疫功能,降低炎症反应,有助于患者术后康复。
Objective: To investigate the effect of placental polypeptide on serum inflammatory cytokines and immune function in patients with uterine tumor resection. Methods: Fifty-seven cases of uterine cancer resected in our hospital were collected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of their visits. The experimental group was treated with placental peptide, while the control group was treated by conventional therapy. The levels of CD3 ~ +, CD4 ~ +, CD8 ~ +, NK cells, CRP and IL-6 in two groups were detected, and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, serum CRP and IL-6 levels in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3 ~ +, CD4 ~ +, CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ + and NK cells in both groups were higher than those before treatment, while the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) before CD8 ~ + was lower than that before treatment. The levels of CD3 ~ +, CD4 ~ +, CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ + and NK cells in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the levels of CD8 ~ + in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the patients in the experimental group had significantly shorter first discharge and defecation time, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The placental polypeptide can significantly improve the immune function of patients with hystectal myomectomy, reduce the inflammatory response, and help patients recover after operation.
