目的探析MRI不同扫描序列组合在诊断新生儿缺血缺氧脑病临床诊断中的应用及其价值。方法选择我院2012年6月-2015年6月收治的64例缺血缺氧脑病新生儿作为研究对象,观察不同扫描序列影像学表现并比较不同扫描序列组合的诊断准确率。结果 c MRI、c MRI+DWI、c MRI+SWI、c MRI+DWI+SWI的确诊率分别为43.8%、64.1%、67.2%、82.8%,c MRI+DWI+SWI序列诊断准确率最高,与c MRI其它三种扫描序列确诊率相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论c MRI+DWI+SWI扫描序列在新生儿缺血缺氧脑病临床诊断中的应用可全面反映新生儿HIE病灶范围、类型及病理演变过程,诊断准确临床更高,为治疗方案的优化及预后评估提供丰富影像学依据。
Objective To explore the application and combination of different MRI sequences in the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods Sixty-four neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were selected as the study objects. The imaging findings of different scan sequences were compared and the diagnostic accuracy of different scan sequences was compared. Results The diagnostic rates of c MRI, c MRI + DWI, c MRI + SWI, c MRI + DWI + SWI were 43.8%, 64.1%, 67.2%, 82.8% The MRI diagnosis rates of the other three scan sequences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of c-MRI + DWI + SWI scan sequence in the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can fully reflect the extent, types and pathological changes of HIE lesions in neonates, and the diagnosis is more accurate and clinical, so the optimization and prognosis of the treatment regimen Evaluation provides a rich imaging basis.
