建立较精确的C形密封环三维有限元模型,考虑弹塑性-接触耦合问题,利用ANSYS对其进行数值计算,并分析其密封特性。通过研究,获得了C形密封环的压缩-回弹特性曲线,与试验结果符合良好,验证了数值计算方法的正确性。压缩状态下应力在弹簧基体的0°、90°、180°和270°区域分布较大;回弹状态下,中间层和银层产生翘曲使得包覆层开口变大;各层结构间的相互作用对C形密封环的密封特性具有明显的影响。
A more precise three-dimensional finite element model of C-ring was established. Considering elasto-plasticity-contact coupling problem, ANSYS was used to calculate the three-dimensional finite element model and its sealing characteristics were analyzed. Through the research, the compression-springback characteristic curve of the C-shaped seal ring is obtained, which is in good agreement with the experimental results, which verifies the correctness of the numerical method. In the compression state, the stress is distributed widely in the regions of 0 °, 90 °, 180 ° and 270 ° of the spring base. In the rebound state, the warpage occurs in the middle layer and the silver layer to make the opening of the cladding larger. The interaction has a significant effect on the sealing characteristics of the C-ring.
