摩托车是人们日常使用的一种交通工具。当前摩托车使用的车载仪表主要有速度表、里程表、油量计,此外在有些摩托车上还有用于显示发动机轴转速的仪表。当然从目前的市场情况来看,以上这些仪表都是指针式的仪表,并且它们之间相互独立。这样的设计存在着精度低、成本高、界面不直观等等一系列的缺点。随着数字电子技术的发展,尤其是微控制器技术的进步,仪器仪表的小型化、数字化、智能化已成为一种新的发展趋势,因此我们提出对摩托车车载仪表进行数字化设计的设想,并考虑使本仪表具有过速、油量不足、酒后开车、自动点亮、关键参数存储(类似飞机黑匣子)等智能报警功能。本设计方案是面向实用化、产品化,所以不但在功能和性能上要求一定的功能实现而且在软件可靠性、系统抗电源干扰、抗震动上有一定的要求,最后将要通过商业质检部门的严格检验才能真正使用。所以可靠性是本设计的又一个重点也是一个难点,更是将来将这个设计方案市场化、商品化所必须攻克的一个难关。

Therefore, we propose to digitize the design of motorcycle on-board instrumentation, And consider making the instrument has an intelligent alarm function such as over speed, fuel shortage, drunk driving, auto light, key parameter storage (similar to the aircraft black box). This design is oriented to practical and product-oriented, so it not only requires certain functions to be implemented in function and performance, but also has certain requirements in terms of software reliability, system anti-power interference and anti-vibration. Finally, it will pass the commercial quality inspection department Strict inspection can really use. Therefore, reliability is another focus of this design is a difficult point, it is the future of this design market, commercialization must overcome a difficult storm.
