针对变速送丝调节系统脉冲埋弧焊可调参数众多的问题,在所建仿真模型的基础上对其脉冲参数的选择进行了研究。分别讨论了脉冲频率、脉宽比、峰值电流和基值电流对仿真波形的影响,为实际生产试验中最优化参数的选择提供了快捷、直观的方法,为脉冲埋弧焊的推广应用奠定了基础。
Aiming at the numerous adjustable parameters of pulse submerged arc welding in variable speed wire feeding system, the choice of pulse parameters is studied on the basis of the simulation model built. The effects of pulse frequency, pulse width ratio, peak current and base current on the simulation waveforms were discussed respectively, which provided a quick and intuitive method for the selection of the optimal parameters in the actual production test, which laid the foundation for the popularization and application of the pulse submerged arc welding basis.
