本文报道了兔和狗小肠上皮吸收细胞ATPase活性的细胞化学定位。把生活在平原地区(南京)的16只兔和14只狗分成3组∶1).留在平原地区的实验动物处死后经观察,ATPase是定位在兔、狗小肠上皮的微绒毛膜上和胞质中粗面内质网上;2),被带到高原(海拔2 260m和3 800m)的兔和狗,第2天被处死,经观察ATPase被抑制;3).被带到高原(海拔3 800m)的兔和狗,第7天被处死,经观察ATPase得到恢复。作者讨论了这种改变的可能意义。
This article reports on cytochemical localization of ATPase activity in absorptive cells of the intestinal epithelium of rabbits and dogs. Twenty-six rabbits and 14 dogs living in the plains (Nanjing) were divided into three groups: 1) The experimental animals left in the plains were sacrificed and observed to be localized to the microvilli of rabbits and dog intestine epithelium 2) the rabbits and dogs brought to the plateau (2 260 m and 3 800 m above sea level) were sacrificed on the second day and the ATPase was inhibited; 3) were taken to the plateau (elevation 3 800 m) of rabbits and dogs were sacrificed on the 7th day and ATPase recovery was observed. The author discusses the possible implications of such a change.
