目的:观察丹参素异丙酯(IDHP)对外源性自由基所致心律失常的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠50只,随机均分为空白对照组、心律失常模型组、维拉帕米(VPL)1.00mg/L组、丹参素异丙酯4.00mg/L、0.04mg/L 2个剂量组。采用Langendorf灌流技术对大鼠离体心脏灌注硫酸亚铁(0.025mmol/L)和抗坏血酸(0.100mmol/L)的方法,复制自由基致心律失常的模型,观察IDHP对其影响。结果:空白对照组离体大鼠心脏无1例发生心律失常;心律失常模型组总心律失常发生率100.00%,主要为传导阻滞和室性早搏;VPL1.00mg/L组、IDHP4.00mg/L、0.04mg/L3个药物组与心律失常模型组相比,心律失常发生率明显降低。结论:IDHP具有抗外源性自由基所致心律失常的作用,与阳性对照药VPL相似。
Objective: To observe the effect of Danshensu Isopropyl Ester (IDHP) on arrhythmia induced by exogenous free radicals. Methods: Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, arrhythmia model group, verapamil (VPL) 1.00mg / L group, Danshensu isopropyl ester 4.00mg / L and 0.04mg / L Dose group. The Langendorf perfusion technique was used to replicate the model of arrhythmia induced by free radicals by perfusing ferrous sulfate (0.025mmol / L) and ascorbic acid (0.100mmol / L) in isolated rat hearts to observe the effect of IDHP. Results: Arrhythmia was not observed in isolated rat heart in blank control group. The incidence of total arrhythmia in model group was 100.00%, mainly in conduction block and premature ventricular contractions. VPL1.00mg / L group, IDHP4.00mg / L , 0.04mg / L3 drug group compared with arrhythmia model group, the incidence of arrhythmia was significantly lower. Conclusion: IDHP has antiarrhythmic effects induced by exogenous free radicals, similar to the positive control drug VPL.
