目的观测3种口腔链球菌对白假丝酵母菌的生长有无抑制作用。方法采用直接点种法、反点种菌落计数法和液体共培养法观测口腔变异链球菌、血链球菌、唾液链球菌对白假丝酵母菌的拮抗作用。结果 1)直接点种法中各组均未观察到清晰的抑菌圈;2)唾液链球菌软琼脂上的白假丝酵母菌菌落数较对照组减少(P<0.05);3)活菌与白假丝酵母菌液体共培养中,在各个时间点上变异链球菌组与对照组之间菌落计数差异均有统计学意义(P=0.001);4)细菌培养基上清液与白假丝酵母菌液体共培养中,在24、48、72h时间点上,各实验组与对照组之间菌落计数差异均有统计学意义(P=0.001);多数时间点上,各实验组间菌落计数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3种口腔链球菌对白假丝酵母菌的体外生长有明显抑制作用,但尚不能确定哪种链球菌的抑制作用更强,并且抑制作用会逐渐衰减。
Objective To observe whether three kinds of oral streptococci have any inhibitory effect on the growth of Candida albicans. Methods The antagonistic effects of Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sanguis and Streptococcus salivarius on Candida albicans were observed by direct point-of-method, countercult colony counting and liquid co-culture methods. Results 1) No clear zone of inhibition was observed in each group in the direct spot method; 2) the number of Candida albicans colonies on Streptococcus salivarius soft agar was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05); 3) In co-culture with Candida albicans, there were significant differences in colony counts between S. mutans group and control group at each time point (P = 0.001); 4) bacterial culture supernatant and white false During 24, 48 and 72h, the colony counts of each experimental group and the control group were significantly different (P = 0.001). At most of the time points, the colonies of the experimental groups No significant difference in count (P> 0.05). Conclusion The three kinds of Streptococcus oralis significantly inhibit the growth of Candida albicans in vitro. However, it is not yet known which Streptococcus can inhibit more effectively, and the inhibitory effect will be attenuated gradually.
