目的:观察大鼠小肠深部肌间Cajal间质细胞(ICC-DMP)网络在多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)时的形态学变化,探讨MODS时胃肠蠕动功能障碍的机制。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为对照组和MODS组,每组20只。采用免疫荧光标记和共聚焦显微镜结合透射电镜,观察大鼠在MODS时小肠ICC-DMP立体网络结构和超微结构的形态学变化。结果:大鼠MODS时,小肠ICC-DMP网络结构不完整,Cajal细胞数量较对照组明显减少(P<0.05),ICC-DMP细胞超微结构损伤明显。结论:在MODS时,小肠ICC-DMP明显损伤。ICC-DMP的形态学变化可能是MODS胃肠蠕动障碍的重要原因之一。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the morphological changes of interstitial cells of interstitial cells (ICC-DMP) in deep intestine of multiple small intestine in multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and explore the mechanism of gastrointestinal motility dysfunction in MODS. Methods: Forty rats were randomly divided into control group and MODS group, 20 rats in each group. Immunofluorescence labeling and confocal microscopy combined with transmission electron microscopy were used to observe the morphological changes of three-dimensional network structure and ultrastructure of ICC in small intestine. Results: In MODS, the ICC-DMP network structure was incomplete and the number of Cajal cells was significantly decreased (P <0.05). The ultrastructural damage of ICC-DMP cells was obvious. Conclusions: Intestinal ICC-DMP is significantly damaged in MODS. The morphological changes of ICC-DMP may be one of the important causes of gastrointestinal motility disorder in MODS.
