矿产资源潜力评价是国土资源大调查提出的一项战略任务,它要求迅速查明我国各类矿产资源的潜力,为及时转化成经济优势准备基础资料。应用新的成矿理论开展重要矿种的资源评价和开展重要区带的成矿条件、成矿规律调查研究及区域成矿预测评价构成了全国矿产资源潜力评价的三项基本任务。矿床定位、相似类比和“求同求异”为潜力评价的三项指导理论;最小风险最大含矿率、优化评价、尺度水平对等为潜力评价圈定资源潜力区遵循的准则;在 G I S平台上应用矿产资源潜力评价的辅助决策系统是使用高新技术的标志。作者介绍了自己研制的矿产资源评价系统( M ineral Resource Assessm ent System , 以下简称 M R A S)的功能、结构和使用方法。最后用全国金矿资源潜力评价的实例介绍了全国矿产资源评价的实施操作步骤,并提出了需要解决的若干实际问题。
The evaluation of mineral resources potential is a strategic task proposed by the State Land Resources Survey. It requires the prompt identification of the potential of various types of mineral resources in our country and the preparation of basic information for the timely conversion into economic advantages. The application of new metallogenic theory to carry out resource evaluation of important mineral resources and carrying out metallogenic conditions in important zones, the investigation of metallogenic regularity and the evaluation of regional metallogenic prognosis constitute the three basic tasks of national mineral resource potential evaluation. Deposit orientation, similar analogy and “seeking common ground while seeking difference” as three guiding theories for potential evaluation; minimum risk maximum ore-bearing ratio, optimization evaluation and scale level equivalence, Aided decision-making system for evaluating the potential of mineral resources on the platform is a hallmark of using high technology. The author introduces the function, structure and usage of M ineral Resource Assessment System (MREAS) developed by ourselves. Finally, with the example of the evaluation of the potential of gold resources in China, the operational steps of the national mineral resources evaluation are introduced and some practical problems to be solved are put forward.
