概述了抗性基因工程的原理,总结了我国药用植物抗性基因工程的研究现状及存在的问题,并探讨了抗性基因工程技术在药用植物育种中的发展方向及前景,指出抗性基因工程技术在药用植物育种中的成功应用,将培育更多抗性(抗病虫害、抗除草剂、抗逆性等)、质优的新品种,促进药用植物资源的可持续发展。
The principle of resistance gene engineering was summarized, the current research status and existing problems of resistance gene engineering of medicinal plants in China were summarized, and the development direction and prospects of resistance gene engineering in medicinal plant breeding were discussed. The successful application of genetic engineering in the breeding of medicinal plants will cultivate new varieties with more resistance (pests, herbicides, stress resistance, etc.) and high quality, and promote the sustainable development of medicinal plant resources.
