随着电动汽车的发展和能源交互的加深,由配电网和城市路网组成的能源互联网的综合可靠性问题亟待解决。因此在能源互联网背景下,首先,给出了配电网及城市路网可靠性的相关概念以及在评估可靠性的过程中所选取的可靠性指标;其次,采用博弈理论对配电网及城市路网进行分析,同时结合电动汽车的充放电特性以及行为特性,在配电网能够满足其充放电功率的前提条件下,得到结合城市路网和配电网的综合可靠性分析方法;最后,通过构建实际算例,分析在优化了电动汽车行驶行为后,城市路网和配电网综合可靠性指标的变化情况,从而说明文中方法的准确性和实用性。
With the development of electric vehicles and the deepening of energy interaction, the comprehensive reliability of the energy internet, which consists of distribution networks and urban road networks, needs to be solved urgently. Therefore, in the context of the Internet of Energy, first, the concept of the reliability of the distribution network and the urban road network and the reliability indicators selected in the process of evaluating the reliability are given. Second, the game theory is applied to the distribution network and the city. The road network is analyzed and combined with the charging and discharging characteristics and behavior characteristics of electric vehicles. Under the premise that the distribution network can meet its charge and discharge power, a comprehensive reliability analysis method combining urban road network and distribution network is obtained; finally, Through the construction of practical examples, the changes of the integrated reliability indices of urban road network and distribution network after optimizing the driving behavior of electric vehicles are analyzed, which shows the accuracy and practicability of the proposed method.
