采用正交试验设计方法对混凝土及掺海砂混凝土材料的抗氯离子渗透性进行试验,研究了不同试验因素及水平对混凝土氯离子扩散系数的影响,分析了每个因素对氯离子扩散系数的作用及各个水平之间的差异,并给出了氯离子扩散系数关于研究因素的预测模型。结果表明,对混凝土及掺海砂混凝土材料而言,其抗氯离子渗透性的影响因素按大小排列依次为复合超细粉掺量、标养时间、水胶比。
Orthogonal experimental design method was used to test the chloride ion permeability of concrete and sand-in-sand concrete materials. The influence of different experimental factors and levels on the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete was studied. Each factor was analyzed for the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion. The role and the differences between the various levels, and gave a prediction model of chloride diffusion coefficient on the factors of the study. The results showed that for the concrete and sand-in-sand concrete materials, the factors affecting the chloride ion permeability were ranked according to the size of the composite ultrafine powder dosage, standard incubation time, and water-cement ratio.
