我院在近10年中，从3100例阑尾切除标本中，检出11例原发性阑尾恶性肿瘤，加院外2例，共13例，兹就临床与病理分析如下。临床资料13例阑尾恶性肿瘤中，男5例，女8例。年龄23～71岁，中位年龄44岁。11例既往无任何不适，从起病至手术，最短为6小时，最长48小时。2例有右下腹痛1?
In the past 10 years in our hospital, 11 cases of primary appendiceal malignancies were detected in 3,100 appendicectomy specimens, plus two cases outside the hospital, a total of 13 cases. The clinical and pathological analyses are as follows. Clinical data 13 cases of appendiceal malignancy, 5 males and 8 females. Age 23 to 71 years, median age 44 years. 11 cases had no previous discomfort. From onset to surgery, the shortest was 6 hours and the longest was 48 hours. 2 cases have right lower abdominal pain 1?
