目的　探讨E 钙粘素的表达与膀胱移性细胞癌病理分级、临床分期以及预后的关系。方法　检索近 10年来有关E 钙粘素与膀胱肿瘤的研究文献 ,加以复习与综述。结果　体内和体外的一系列实验显示 ,E cd不仅与膀胱肿瘤细胞活动能力和浸润行为有关 ,而且与肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期和病人预后有关。结论　E 钙粘素异常表达与膀胱肿瘤的恶性程度有关 ,可以作为检测膀胱移行细胞癌分期、分级及预后的重要指标 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of E-cadherin and the pathological grade, clinical stage and prognosis of BTCC. Methods The research literature about E-cadherin and bladder cancer in recent 10 years was retrieved and reviewed. Results A series of in vivo and in vitro experiments showed that E cd was not only related to the activity of bladder tumor cells and infiltration, but also to the pathological grade, clinical stage and prognosis of the tumor. Conclusion The abnormal expression of E-cadherin is related to the malignancy of bladder neoplasms and may be used as an important index in detecting staging, grading and prognosis of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder
