目的促进中老年人合理进行体育锻炼 ,提高健康水平。方法 通过对 39例坚持体育锻炼的中老年人进行跟踪研究 ,按体育锻炼程度分组 ,运用运动负荷试验测定其心肺功能 ,并进行统计分析。结果 跑台定量负荷后机能指标变化及跑台极限负荷后最大摄氧量、心电图等方面显示 ,长期从事长跑锻炼的中老年人比一般锻炼的人心肺功能强 ,一般锻炼者心肺功能又强于不锻炼者。结论 说明适量增加中老年人的运动量和运动强度 ,有利于提高其心肺功能。
Objectives To promote the reasonable exercise of middle-aged and elderly people and improve their health.
