我段去年建成的无阀滤池投产以来,在党组织的领导下和工人及技术人员的积极努力下,经过多次反复地调整改进,目前运用情况比较好,初步达到了水质好、技术新、自动化程度高、构造简单、便于管理、投药量也大为减少,每天可以把五千吨松花江水由500度净化到5度以下,与原来净化设备比较,每年净化药剂费就可以节约三万元左右。现将我们一年来在实践中摸索到的一些规律,加以整理,介绍如下。Ⅰ、设备工艺流程(见图(?))
