磺胺异恶唑(SIZ)虽已广泛地用作化疗药,但很少注意到它在肾脏的转运机理。本文通过狗和人的肾脏清除率和截流分析(Stop-flow analysis)研究以了解SIZ在肾脏的转运机理。当给予碳酸氢钠碱化尿液时,随着麻醉狗尿液pH的增加,SIZ的清除率和清除率比例(Csulf/GFR)也增加;相反地,当用氯化铵酸化尿液时则减少。在碱化尿条件下,给予抑制剂丙磺舒和二硝基酚(DNP)都能使人和狗的SIZ清除率比例显著地
Sulfisoxazole (SIZ) has been widely used as a chemotherapeutic agent, but little attention has been paid to its transport mechanism in the kidney. In this paper, we investigated the renal transport mechanism of SIZ by dog and human kidney clearance and Stop-flow analysis. When sodium bicarbonate alkalinized urine was administered, as the urinary pH of the anesthetized dog increased, the ratio of clearance and clearance of CsI (Csulf / GFR) also increased; conversely, when urine was acidified with ammonium chloride cut back. Administration of probenecid and dinitrophenol (DNP) in alkalinized urine resulted in a significant proportion of SIZ clearance between humans and dogs
