本文主要针对高校图书馆管理员如何提升服务质量的相关问题进行研究。信息时代的来临给传统图书馆管理发展带来新的挑战,这也就意味着高校图书馆管理员要对图书管理模式进行创新,以便能够将更加优质的服务提供给读者。本文分析了当前高校图书馆管理员服务意识存在的问题,进而提出有效提升高校图书馆管理员服务质量的途径,旨在能够为高校图书馆管理工作的更好发展做出贡献。
This article mainly studies how to improve the service quality of university library administrators. The advent of the information age brings new challenges to the development of traditional library management, which means that college library administrators should innovate the library management mode in order to be able to provide more excellent service to the readers. This article analyzes the existing problems of university library administrators’ service awareness and puts forward ways to effectively improve the service quality of university library administrators so that they can contribute to the better development of university library management.
