本文报道了用高效液相层析法,分别测定厚朴和大叶木兰中的和厚朴酚与厚朴酚的方法。高效液相层析是用YWG-CH填充柱1(250×4 mm i d),用甲醇—水(78:22)作流动相,压力72kg/cm~2,和厚朴酚与厚朴酚能完全分离,且样品中其它成分对分离和测定无影响。 本法简便、快速、重现性好。用本法测定了不同产地和来源的厚朴中和厚朴酚与厚朴酚的含量。也测定了大叶木兰的干皮、枝皮和叶子中的和厚朴酚与厚朴酚的含量。
This paper reports the method for the determination of honokiol and honokiol in Magnolia officinalis and Magnolia grandis by high performance liquid chromatography. High-performance liquid chromatography was performed on YWG-CH packed column 1 (250×4 mm id) with a methanol-water (78:22) mobile phase at a pressure of 72 kg/cm 2 , and honokiol and honokiol energy. Complete separation, and other components in the sample have no effect on separation and determination. This method is simple, rapid, and reproducible. The present method was used to determine the content of honokiol and honokiol in honokiol from different origins and sources. The content of honokiol and magnolol in the dry skin, dendrobium and leaves of M. magnolia was also determined.
