目的研究大别山区桔梗种子的分级方法及标准。方法采用筛分法将桔梗种子分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三个等级,测定不同等级种子的净度、千粒重、含水量、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及幼苗长势等指标,用扫描电镜测种子大小、表面纹理。结果Ⅰ级种子为优质种子,其种子大小、净度、千粒重、含水量、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及幼苗长势等均优于Ⅱ、Ⅲ级,且种子表面纹理皱缩程度明显小于Ⅱ、Ⅲ级。结论该研究将桔梗种子合理分为三个等级,且分级方法简单易行、可操作性强,为桔梗种植良种繁育提供了参考依据。
Objective To study the classification method and standard of Campanulaceae seeds in the Dabie Mountains. Methods The seeds of Campanulaceae were divided into three grades Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ using sieving method. The indexes of clarity, grain weight, water content, germination rate, germination potential, germination index and seedling growth of different grades of seeds were measured. Seed size, surface texture. Results The seed of Grade I was better than that of Grade II and III, and the seed size, clarity, grain weight, water content, germination rate, germination potential, germination index and seedling growth were all better than those of Grade II and III. , Ⅲ grade. Conclusion This study reasonably divided Platycodon grandiflorum seeds into three grades, and the grading method was simple and easy to operate with strong maneuverability, which provided a reference for the breeding of Platycodon grandiflorum.
