我国企业已经越来越认识到社会责任已成为企业生存、发展的核心竞争力,只有建立全面的社会责任管理机制,切实履行社会责任,才能增强企业可持续发展能力,最大限度的实现企业的综合价值。在分析全面社会责任管理含义的基础上,从四个方面提出实施全面社会责任管理的措施,使企业能够对投资人、客户、供应商、员工以及政府和非政府组织、社会及环境等各个方面全面管理。
Chinese enterprises have realized more and more that social responsibility has become the core competitiveness for the survival and development of enterprises.
