目前,国家对乡村教师教育的重视程度不断加大,城乡二元社会一体化的背景下,农村教师的生存现状又一次引起教育工作者的再度思考。教师管理应该体现在以下几个方面:人文关怀;加大财政投入,改善教师待遇;优化教师结构,完善招聘制度;实行城乡教师轮流制度,实现教育公平;加强教师队伍建设,提升教师专业化水平;完善奖评保障机制;关注身心健康发展,创造良好社会环境;加强师德师风建设;创建和谐文化氛围;努力贯彻“三结合”措施。
At present, the state has paid more attention to rural teacher education and under the background of urban-rural dual social integration, the living conditions of rural teachers once again arouse educators’ re-thinking.
