11月28日8时13分,由上海浦东机场起飞前往吉尔吉斯斯坦首都比什凯克市马纳斯机场的津巴布韦航空公司SMJ324航班MD-11货机,在1跑道起飞时冲出跑道,飞机解体起火。接报后,浦东机场指挥中心立即启动突发事件应急救援预案,武警、公安、消防、医疗等相关部门和人员立即赶赴现场全力救援,上海市副市长艾宝俊、沈骏和上海机场集团公司董事长、总裁吴念祖,党委书记何卫国等领导第一时间赶赴现场指挥救援。
At 0813 on 28 November, Zimbabwe’s MD-324 freighter SMJ324, taking off from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Manas Airport in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, stormed the runway on take-off 1 and the plane broke up . After receiving the report, the Pudong Airport Command Center immediately started the emergency rescue plan. The relevant departments and personnel including the armed police, public security, fire fighting and medical services immediately rushed to the scene for assistance.
