为确保线控转向系统方向盘输入转角能精确采集,以双芯片MLX90316霍尔传感器为角度采集部件,STM32作为控制器,设计一种线控转向车辆方向盘转角数据采集系统。文中对硬件设计和软件设计介绍的同时进行了详细的分析。测试结果表明,多组数据与取值的方差较小,稳定性较高,满足数据采集需求。
In order to ensure steering angle input of steer-by-wire steering system can be accurately collected, a two-chip MLX90316 Hall sensor is used as the angle acquisition component and STM32 as a controller to design a steer-by-wire steering wheel steering angle data acquisition system. The article describes the hardware design and software design at the same time a detailed analysis. The test results show that the variance of multiple sets of data and values is small, the stability is high, and meets the data collection requirements.
