本文探讨挤压油膜阻尼器(SFD)的非牛顿粘度效应和柔性转子-挤压油膜减振轴承(SFDB)系统的跳跃分歧现象、实加不平衡响应三个问题。文中根据经验方程和拟塑性流体流动特性,推导出适用于拟塑性流体的修正雷诺方程,估算了SFD的动力特性,说明了非牛顿粘度起的作用。文中借助于激扰幅值与扰频平方成正比的杜芬方程,分析了柔性转子-SFDB系统的非线性特性,揭示了跳跃分岐现象的本质,最后介绍了一个全析的实加不平衡数学模型。
This paper discusses the non-Newtonian viscosity effect of squeeze film damper (SFD) and the jump disagreement of SFDB system. According to the empirical equation and the flow characteristics of pseudo-plastic fluid, the modified Reynolds equation for pseudo-plastic fluid is deduced. The dynamic characteristics of SFD are estimated, and the effect of non-Newtonian viscosity is demonstrated. In this paper, with the help of Duffen equation, the amplitude of which is proportional to the square of the scrambling frequency, the nonlinear characteristics of the SFB system are analyzed. The essence of the jump-bifurcation phenomenon is revealed. Finally, a full-scale real plus unbalanced mathematics model.
