我们报告一起1977年1～2月西安铁路局某单位的流行性斑疹伤寒暴发流行。对流行性斑疹伤寒传播间隙期病原保存,患者发病后再进行预防接种是否影响自然抗体的产生以及是否干扰疾病的血清学诊断等问题作了讨论。
We report on the outbreak of epidemic typhus in a unit of Xi’an Railway Bureau from January to February 1977. The epidemic typhus transmission interstitial pathogen preservation, the patient after the onset of vaccination whether the impact of the production of natural antibodies and whether to interfere with the disease serological diagnosis and other issues are discussed.
