[目的]评价饮食和公共场所从业人员接种2种不同剂量重组酵母乙肝疫苗的免疫效果。[方法]2004~2010年,应用2种国产重组乙肝疫苗对在某部常规体检的饮食和公共场所从业人员(Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组)按照0、1、6的免疫程序进行接种,全程接种后1个月、1年检测血清抗-HBs。[结果]合计调查5 886人,全程接种重组(酵母)乙肝疫苗1月后抗-HBs阳转率,Ⅰ组为86.07%、Ⅱ组为95.28%(P<0.01);全程接种重组(酵母)乙肝疫苗1年后,抗-HBs阳转率Ⅰ组为78.90%、Ⅱ组为89.67%(P<0.01)。接种1个月后,抗体滴度Ⅰ组为225±1.25mIU/ml、Ⅱ组为390±1.37mIU/ml(P<0.01);接种1年后,抗体滴度Ⅰ组为126±1.18mIU/ml、Ⅱ组为224±1.08mIU/ml(P<0.01)。[结论]对饮食和公共场所从业人员按0、1、6个月接种程序,每次分别接种20μg重组酵母乙肝疫苗可以取得较好的效果。
[Objective] To evaluate the immune effect of two different doses of recombinant yeast Hepatitis B vaccine in the diet and public places. [Methods] From 2004 to 2010, two kinds of domestic recombinant hepatitis B vaccines were used to inoculate vaccines and employees in public places (group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ) according to 0, 1 and 6 immunization programs. After the whole vaccination Serum anti-HBs were tested at 1 month and 1 year. [Results] A total of 5 886 people were enrolled in this study. The anti-HBs positive rate in the whole course of inoculation of the recombinant (yeast) hepatitis B vaccine after one month was 86.07% in group Ⅰ and 95.28% in group Ⅱ (P <0.01) After 1 year of hepatitis B vaccine, the anti-HBs positive rate was 78.90% in group I and 89.67% in group II (P <0.01). One month after inoculation, antibody titers in group I were 225 ± 1.25 mIU / ml and in group II were 390 ± 1.37 mIU / ml (P <0.01). One year after inoculation, antibody titer in group I was 126 ± 1.18 mIU / ml in group Ⅱ and 224 ± 1.08 mIU / ml in group Ⅱ (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The effective vaccination and public places practitioners by 0, 1, 6 months inoculation procedures, each vaccination of 20μg recombinant yeast hepatitis B vaccine can achieve better results.
