加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学的灵活学习计划包括创新教学方法、强化学生体验、拓展继续教育、扩展桥梁计划和加强国际学术合作。这种教学策略为我国高等医学院校实施“以学生为中心”的教学改革提供了诸多借鉴,可以从更新教育理念、采取符合学生认知的教学改革、针对学生的个体差异实施多样化教学等方面完善我们的教学改革。“,”Flexible learning initiated by the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Canada in 2013 is made up of innovative teaching methods, enhanced student experience, expanded continuing education, extended bridging programs and strengthened international academic partnerships. This teaching strategy provides a lot of references for the “student n -centered” teaching reform in the domestic higher medical education institutions. We can improve our teaching reform from the aspects of renewing educational concepts, adopting teaching reform in line with students' cognition, and implementing diversified teaching methods according to individualization differences of students.n
