目的:建立固相萃取反相高效液相色谱法测定康复胶囊中大黄素的含量。方法:采用ODS-C18小柱处理样品,Zorbax SB—C18柱(4．6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇:0．1％磷酸溶液(90:10),流速:1．0 ml·min-1,检测波长:254 nm。结果:线性范围1．0—5．0μg(r=0．999 9),平均回收率100．31％,RSD=2．36％。结论:该法简便、快速、准确。
Objective: To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of emodin in rehabilitation capsules by solid phase extraction. Methods: Samples were treated with ODS-C18 column, Zorbax SB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase: methanol: 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (90:10), flow rate: 1. 0 ml·min-1, detection wavelength: 254 nm. Results: The linear range was 1.0-5.0μg (r=0.999 9), the average recovery was 100.31%, and RSD was 2.36%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
