通过对产品众筹含义的说明,对当前产品众筹的发展现状进行了详细的分析,将人们的视角从传统的甲乙方投资转为依托互联网这个强有力的平台来进行大众集资,进而推进创新产品的催生与普及。以产品众筹商业模式的优势和发展障碍为基础,从产品众筹商业模式的可持续发展的角度提出了补救措施。随着网络化数字化时代的来临,未来产品众筹商业模式将会趋于移动化、等级化、透明化、草根化和生活化等多元化的方向发展。通过克服筹资方、投资方与众筹平台三方面的障碍,创新产品的众筹模式将会带来巨大的收益。
Through the explanation of the meaning of crowdfunding, the current status of crowdfunding in current products was analyzed in detail. People’s perspective was shifted from the traditional investment of Party A and B to a powerful platform relying on the Internet to raise public funds and promote innovation The birth of products and popularity. Based on the advantages and obstacles of the business crowdfunding business model, this paper proposes remedial measures from the perspective of sustainable development of the business crowdfunding business model. With the advent of the digital age of networking, the business model of future crowdfunding will tend to diversify in the direction of mobility, hierarchy, transparency, grassroots and living. By overcoming the obstacles of the financing side, investors and crowdfunding platforms, the crowdfunding model of innovative products will bring tremendous benefits.
