世界气象组织(WMO)在美国海洋大气管理局(NOAA)天气局(NWS)、美国地质调查局(USGS)水资源部和美国工程师团水文工程中心(HEC)的支持下,于1983年7月～10月在美国戴维斯城(Davis)加里福尼业大学举办《世界水文预报研究班》(以下简称研究班)。我国水利电力部派李纪生工程师参加。
The World Meteorological Organization (WMO), supported by the NOAA Weather Bureau (NWS), the USGS Department of Water Resources and the US Engineering Hydrological Engineering Center (HEC) ~ The “World Hydrological Forecast Research Class” (hereinafter referred to as the research class) was held in October at the University of California at Davis in the United States. China’s Ministry of Water Resources sent Li Jisheng engineers to participate.
