企业文化作为一个企业发展壮大的灵魂,具有为企业树立方向,引导企业实现自己使命的重大作用和意义。一个企业的思想政治工作是在以马克思列宁主义的原则下,毛泽东思想为指导,深入贯彻邓小平理论伟大精髓,实现“三个代表”重要思想,落实科学发展观的中国特色社会主义条件下的一种责无旁贷的义务。在当前经济迅速发展,人文、物质、思想观念等日新月异的时代背景下,如何实现一个企业的文化与思想政治工作的有机结合,获致和谐,是每一个企业面对的新挑战。那么,如何构建二者的和谐关系,如何实现企业文化与思想政治工作的和谐关系,把握其中的要点,最终使企业、社会、员工、大众收益?这便是本文要研究的问题。
